Spring School ‘Host-Microbe Interactomics

An intensive 3-days event comprising of lectures by experts on various scientific aspects of host-microbe interactions. Lecturers will present an overview of their scientific discipline, not just covering their own research. Presentations (oral or poster) of PhD students and Postdocs are an integral and important component of the Spring School program. There will be ample time for reflection and discussions. The event is especially attractive for PhD students and postdocs, but also others are welcome.

Course credits: 0.9 ECTS

Fee: For PhD students with approved TSP’s and postdocs of the participating Graduate Schools the fee is € 200,– (excluding B&B); Other PhD Students, post-docs and staff of participating organizations € 325,– (excluding B&B); All others € 500,– (excluding B&B). After your registration you will receive an invoice. Payment only possible by bank transfer (NO credit cards and NO cash payments on site). Registration fees cover expenses for course materials, lunches and coffee/tea and a dinner party on one of the evenings (Tuesday June 3rd). Accommodation and travel are not included in the fee. Participants must organize their own travel and accommodation. There are possibilities to stay in the hotel ‘Hof van Wageningen’ (see venue of this event), as XX rooms will be blocked for participants of this meeting until 6 weeks before the start of the spring school. If you require accommodation it is advised to book the hotel as soon as possible (approximately € 90, – – per night including breakfast) and with your booking do mention that you are a participant in the Host-Microbe Interactomics Spring School. .

Upon registration, all participants have to submit an abstract (max. 250 words) on the research they will present. You will be notified whether your abstract has been selected for an oral or poster presentation. All abstracts will be published in the Host-Microbe Interactomics program and abstract book.
