KeyGene takes its responsibility for safeguarding the health and wellbeing of its personnel and for minimizing the further spreading of the coronavirus and has therefore decided to postpone the PostDoc event.


When you register for the event, KeyGene will contact you again when they have found a good alternative to illustrate the perspectives of doing a PostDoc in business, the Marie Curie Individual Fellowships and the PostDoc program of KeyGene.

For many PhD candidates and post graduates, the possibility of doing a PostDoc in a company comes a bit as a surprise. Possibilities at universities and institutes are more commonly known. Doing a PostDoc in a company can be advantageous, especially when one would like to explore this type of employers.

KeyGene,based in the Netherlands, USA and India, has total staff of over 150, and a PostDoc program in which currently 7 Postdoctoral fellows take part. Three of them were awarded a Marcie Curie Fellowship for their PostDoc position, thanks to mentorship and support of KeyGene scientists.

On March 26, KeyGene offers a programme that includes a presentation by the National Coordinator Marie Curie and two workshops (boost you influence & make a great research proposal).

KeyGene aims to organise another Marie Curie application round this year. Talented postdoctoral and research scientists are invited to apply for an EC Marie Skłodowska-Curie 2020 Individual Fellowship with support of KeyGene scientists.
