Annual Meeting Experimental Plant Sciences

On Monday April 8 and Tuesday April 9 the yearly two-day EPS meeting will be held in Lunteren at the Conference centre ‘De Werelt’. The programme will consist of plenary sessions on Monday April 8 and thematic parallel sessions on Tuesday April 9.
EPS group leaders have been invited to put forward applications for oral and poster presentations. Applicants who are not selected to present will be placed on the poster presentation list, unless explicitly communicated otherwise.
Registration
Costs University/institution participants:
Registration: € 65
Dinner: € 25
Double room (2p): € 60 (€ 30 p.p.)
Single room: € 60 (available for staff members only)
Work group leaders will receive an invoice with the total costs of the participants in their work group.
Costs Industry participants:
Registration: € 140
Dinner: € 25
Hotel room (2p): € 125
Companies will receive an invoice with the total costs of their participants.
Registration must be completed by March 15. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is free of charge up to March 26.
For cancellations after March 26 until April 1 or the event of a no-show, full costs will be charged.
