Microphenotyping plants using 3D imaging

This two-day course will focus on obtaining and using 3D image data for morphological characterization of plants. The course contains two theoretical modules that will cover from the acquisition of X-ray microtomography image stacks or confocal microscopy image stacks to the reconstruction of 3D images from plant samples. Besides theoretical modules, the course includes two extensive hands-on practical modules where the students can practice with real data sets. There is also the possibility that the students bring their own data sets
