Abstract, Presentation and Poster Guidelines

Presentations will either take the form of a poster or a 15 min talk followed by a 5 min discussion. Of the submitted abstracts 24 will be selected for oral presentations (8 for the 3 general topics Molecular Plant Genetics & Metabolism, Plant-Biotic Interactions, and Plant Developmental Biology respectively).

As one of the Retreat’s major objectives is the encouragement of future scientific cooperations each presentation whether poster or talk is supposed to include a short synopsis of the respective group's research interests as well as technical and scientific know-how, advisably 1 to 2 slides in oral presentations or one box on the poster (or abstract).

From the submitted abstracts the organizers will select abstracts for oral presentation. You will be notified within two weeks after the registration deadline. Please use the format shown below.
The size of the poster boards will accommodate A0 posters (1189 mm x 841 mm).
