Lecture 1: How to be successful in getting a Veni, Vidi or ERC grant (Ingrid Vleghels).

Their will be discussions about 5 topics:
1. Career tracks: which possibilities are there and what do you want.
2. Networking: different “styles” and how to improve.
3. Role of postdocs in the institutions, the value of postdocs for universities.
4. Training of postdocs: role for EPS? CANCELLED
5. Opportunities that you get and should get from your groupleader/department to develop yourself.
